Lauren Moon

As a southern girl born in Marietta Georgia, Lauren formed a love with nature at a young age. She has since committed herself to a peaceful and harmonious existence with those around her. One of the ways she does this is by teaching others how to use their beautiful bodies as tools to reach their highest truth. Lauren fell in love with her physical body through movement and play, in the form of Acroyoga. She hopes to encourage us all to realize our inner strength and compassion for others and ourselves through the beautiful art of acrobatic yoga. Lauren is a 200 hour YAI certified teacher and a certified Thai massage therapist. Lauren specializes in teaching children’s yoga to all nationalities. Yoga with Lauren
